Beth, thank you for this! I am, at almost-47, on a similar journey. I just signed up for a class (not ready to say what it is yet, but I’ll write about it when it’s done!) that is TERRIFYING to me, completely out of my comfort zone, but I did it anyway. I’ve wasted way too much time worrying about humiliation or failure. Who cares? I’m ready to live!
