My mouth is watering! I think one of my favorite burgers to date (though I rarely eat beef anymore) was a little diner on the main drag of Greensboro, NC. The cook hand-dipped onion rings and dropped them in the fryer while tossing those awesome raggedy burgers on the grill. These were pimiento cheese burgers as well and now I'm swooning so I think I have to go lie down for a bit.
